Sustainable Development Ideology |
|
Sustainable development ideology involves economic, social, political, technological, and environmental dimensions. Economic dimension includes reorganization of household, community, country economic activities for increasing self-reliance, self-immunization against external economic flucuation, against invasion of multi-national capital, against concentration of resources and wealth within few elites, against debt-environmental degradation vicious circle. Social dimension includes reorganization of ethical, religious, art, and cultural activities. Political dimension includes reorganization of public resource management for increasing social justice, complete elimination of corruption, law and order of a society. Technological dimension includes reorganization of energy sources, production equipment, tools, software for increasing community self-reliance. Natural resources and environmental system dimensions includes reorganization of production, consumption, trade, investment for increasing employment, community self-reliance, complete elemination of poverty, increasing economic equality. |

The sufficiency economy principle is viewed as core concept for design of sustainable development society. | Sustainable development is viewed as quality of a society that is structured with stable economy, peaceful society, political justice, and environmental friendly technology. These qualities are built in sufficiency economy architecture, whereby an economy is better immunized against sale and income fluctuation. In the sufficiency economy society, employment is enhanced, debt is better avoided, poverty no longer exists, economic equality is better ensured. Ethical quality is well planted and grown within people. Emotional quality is high. People are immunized against unlawful and unethical behaviors. Common resources are better shared. The sufficiency economy functions through structure of multi-productions that is more integrated with the environment. A society is self-reliant, and less dependent on external factors. It is a system that enhances matter and energy circulation to ensure that wastes and use of virgin natural resources are minimal. | Using computer analogy, operating system program of the sufficiency economy society is moral and ethical disciplines, that involves functioning of economic, social, and political relations. | Application software of the sufficiency economy society is fairness, and rationality. | Speed and quality of compilation and execution of the system depend on space of library, that is knowledge, and data system, that is quantity and quality of data utilization. |
